We had two shows from Sally’s Puppets that were very well received with comments posted on social media like “ from Jimena Schamber: We had a lovely time at the puppets show! The kids didn’t want it to end!! And the cakes were yummy! Thank you ! and Lowri Woosnam: Thank you , My girls and I had fun today we watched the puppet show twice, and they loved the cup cakes thank you all involved Happy Easter.

Sally King-Sheard, volunteer coordinator from ChildLine, attended with “splat the rat” which was enjoyed by all age groups, as well as providing the enjoyment Sally was pleased to have visitors interested in joining ChildLine as volunteers at their Trigg House base in the town.

The award winning Cupcake Café kindly provided free cupcake decorating, Jennifer Davies co-owner said “We really enjoyed being part of the community event hosted by Artisans Collective, it was nice seeing so many smiling faces”.

Artisans Collective are looking forward to running a number of other community events during the year and are currently working on voluntary arts week and grow wild projects with groups that are based at the old library all aimed at promoting and increasing active participation in creative cultural activities and to transform our outside communal space by sowing and growing UK native plants.
