We are holding a big breakfast from 10am on the 27th November to raise awareness and funds for Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales supporting Welsh men with prostate issues such as benign prostate disease and prostate cancer.
Whether you are a cereal lover or enjoy a full cooked breakfast, the Big Breakfast is a fun, social event that is being held at The Cookhouse, High Street, Prestatyn. A huge thanks to Nathan and the team for agreeing to host the event.

About Prostate Cymru and The Big Breakfast
Prostate Cymru is the leading prostate health charity in Wales. Founded in 2003, the charity has grown from strength to strength over the last decade.
The charity has no national or government funding and relies on the kindness and generosity of its fundraisers and volunteers to fulfil its core aims:
1. Raising awareness about prostate cancer and prostate diseases, educating Welsh men about the diseases and their risk. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 Welsh men and the risk increases to 1 in 3 if there is a family history of the disease. Our awareness team provide free of charge workplace awareness sessions and talks to other groups.
2. Supporting treatments and improving equipment for prostate diseases. To date we have supported GreenLight Laser treatment for benign prostate disease and funded the training of surgeons using the Da Vinci robot for minimally invasive prostate cancer surgery.
3. Funding research and innovation across Wales to ensure that Welsh men suffering with prostate diseases will have access to the best available treatments from the NHS in Wales. Grants will be awarded by our committee of key Welsh urologists.
